Apna Ashiyana Ashram is a humanitarian initiative run by S.K. Shikshan Evam Samajik Vikas Sansthan, a non-profit organization registered on 30 June 1999 under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958. The organization is guided by an active and dedicated 11-member governing body committed to social welfare and sustainable development.
The organization is approved and recognized under 12A and 80G, and is certified by NITI Aayog (NGO Darpan) and holds a valid CSR-1 Certificate, ensuring full legal compliance, transparency, and eligibility for government and CSR support.
Since its inception, the organization has been actively working in the fields of free child education, with special focus on poor, needy, and girl children, along with women empowerment, farmer awareness, self-help groups (SHGs), and skill development programs.
Through various government-supported schemes, the Sansthan has trained hundreds of women and youth in beautician courses, tailoring, computer education, mobile repairing, handicrafts, yoga, and financial literacy, enabling many to achieve self-employment and financial independence.
The organization also operates a Women’s Safety and Counseling Center at District Headquarters, Bharatpur, supported by the Department of Women Empowerment. The organization has successfully implemented programs in collaboration with NABARD, District Industries Center, Municipal Bodies, and other government departments across Bharatpur, Jaipur, Dausa, Ajmer, Udaipur, and Dholpur.
Guided by a transparent working system and a deep sense of compassion, Apna Ashiyana Ashram is dedicated to restoring dignity, care, shelter, and hope to the most vulnerable and abandoned members of society.
Our rescue teams actively search for and pick up destitute persons from railway stations, bus stands, religious places, and other public areas.
We provide comprehensive medical treatment to all rescued persons, including those with critical illnesses and injuries.
We offer a homely environment with proper shelter, nutritious food, clothing, and all basic necessities of life.
After recovery, we work to reunite individuals with their families or help them become self-sufficient members of society.
Our work follows a systematic approach to ensure the best care for every person we serve:
